Refund Policy

- Overview – This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Innovthrix Solutions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
- No Automatic Refunds – Due to the custom nature of our work, all fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances as outlined below.
- Project Cancellation by Client – If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may receive a full refund of any pre-payments. If work has already commenced, we will charge for time and resources expended, and refund the remainder.
- Project Cancellation by Innovthrix – If we cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or your breach of terms, we will refund any unused portion of pre-paid fees, minus costs incurred.
- Milestone-Based Refunds – For projects billed by milestone, each milestone payment is considered earned upon completion and delivery of that milestone. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
- Hourly Engagements – For time-and-materials engagements, you are billed for hours worked. Refunds are not available for hours already logged and delivered.
- Unsatisfactory Work – If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to revise it within the scope of the original agreement. If we cannot reach a resolution, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
- Third-Party Costs – Any fees paid to third-party services (e.g., software licenses, hosting) are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
- Refund Requests – All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email below. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
- Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited back to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
- Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
- Exclusions – Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you, or for services that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Custom Software – Because custom software is built specifically for you, refunds are not offered once development has begun and code has been written, except as provided in this policy.
- Maintenance and Support – Fees for ongoing maintenance or support packages are non-refundable, but you may cancel future months with appropriate notice as per your agreement.
- Promotional Offers – Discounts or promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Changes to This Policy – We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
