Refund Policy

  1. Overview – This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Innovthrix Solutions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
  2. No Automatic Refunds – Due to the custom nature of our work, all fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances as outlined below.
  3. Project Cancellation by Client – If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may receive a full refund of any pre-payments. If work has already commenced, we will charge for time and resources expended, and refund the remainder.
  4. Project Cancellation by Innovthrix – If we cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or your breach of terms, we will refund any unused portion of pre-paid fees, minus costs incurred.
  5. Milestone-Based Refunds – For projects billed by milestone, each milestone payment is considered earned upon completion and delivery of that milestone. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
  6. Hourly Engagements – For time-and-materials engagements, you are billed for hours worked. Refunds are not available for hours already logged and delivered.
  7. Unsatisfactory Work – If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to revise it within the scope of the original agreement. If we cannot reach a resolution, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  8. Third-Party Costs – Any fees paid to third-party services (e.g., software licenses, hosting) are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
  9. Refund Requests – All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact email below. We will review and respond within 14 business days.
  10. Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited back to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
  11. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
  12. Exclusions – Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you, or for services that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
  13. Custom Software – Because custom software is built specifically for you, refunds are not offered once development has begun and code has been written, except as provided in this policy.
  14. Maintenance and Support – Fees for ongoing maintenance or support packages are non-refundable, but you may cancel future months with appropriate notice as per your agreement.
  15. Promotional Offers – Discounts or promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  16. Changes to This Policy – We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
